Baptisms at St Patricks

At St Patricks we pride ourselves on being a church that sees children as an integral part of our future and our present.

We have an open policy when it comes to who may be baptised (christened) in our church. Our baptisms usually take place within our main Sunday service.

A private service for families who would prefer this can be arranged.

In addition for those who would favour a blessing or baby naming service, this is also something that St Patricks can offer.

We wish for all that is best for our children as they start their lives.

Adult Baptism

St Patricks is also happy to celebrate an adult baptism with you.

Whenever it happens, whether as a baby, child or adult, baptism is at the heart of an amazing journey of faith. You are never too old to take this step, and being baptized as an adult is a wonderful experience.
